¹ The participation fee includes conference drinks, snacks and lunch at the congress as well as participation in the prepaid networking party. You will receive a confirmation of registration upon receipt of your registration. We will send you the invoice by e-mail. The invoice amount is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. If you cancel your registration in writing by April 5, 2024, the participation fee will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation after April 5, 2024 or if the participant does not attend, the entire participation fee will be due. Substitution of the registered participant is possible at any time.

² The participation fee will be credited against the PVD annual fee if membership of the PVD is applied for within three months of the event.

³ Please note that photos, films or other media recordings will be made during the event and the Prepaid Networking Party. These recordings are for the purpose of publication (e.g. on the PVD or the Prepaid Congress homepage, in PVD publications or social media).
